By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. All wall art products are sold for personal use only and may not be reproduced or resold without permission.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display product colors, textures, and sizes accurately, but variations may occur due to screen settings and natural materials. Frames, finishes, and packaging may differ slightly from images shown online.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We accept payments through UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking Only. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. No cancellation of customized products once order is confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery timelines vary depending on the shipping address. Free shipping applies only to standard delivery and excludes express shipping. Express shipping charges are calculated based on location/shipping address you provided. Delivery times are as per business working days and may be affected by holidays, natural delays, courier issues or any other reason out of our scope. Delivery time may differ for customized products.

5. Packaging

Each frame is sealed with a transparent protective film for inspection without unsealing. Extra charges apply for gift wrapping or special packaging.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns of only damaged, defective or incorrect products are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Opened picture frames are non-returnable. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund of your amount within 7 business working days (excluding express shipping charges). Customized/personalized product is non-returnable unless defective / damaged. You are responsible for the return shipping costs yourself.

7. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days with photos for resolution.

8. Liability

We are not liable for delays, courier mishandling, or damages caused after dispatch. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Customer data (name, address, payment details) is collected only for order fulfilment. We do not sell or share customer information with third parties, except as required for shipping/payment processing.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat, India. For more queries kindly contact our team here.
